This policy describes the current Origin Arcade website operated by THE ICONS ORIGIN. It covers the games and quizzes here; external sites have their own privacy practices.
Game data stored on your device
Origin Arcade uses browser local storage to save personal bests, highest merge forms, quiz results, and question-selection history so repeat runs can offer different questions. The application does not upload your gameplay answers or scores to a server or public leaderboard.
These records are specific to your browser and device. They can be lost when you clear browser data, use private browsing, or switch devices.
Clearing your records
On the game homepage, choose My bests → Clear my records → Yes, clear records. This removes the Origin Arcade records and question history stored by the application. You can also remove this site's stored data in your browser settings.
Website delivery and fonts
Your browser requests the website and its images from the hosting service. Hosting and access providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and security or access logs, according to their own policies. Access to a private preview may require the hosting platform's sign-in.
The site loads DM Sans and Space Grotesk through Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's font servers, which may receive request information such as your IP address and browser details.
Advertising, analytics, and cookies
The current application does not include advertising scripts, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or an application account system. The game code uses local storage rather than setting its own cookies. Hosting or sign-in services may use cookies separately.
If we introduce advertising, analytics, accounts, or other data collection, we will update this policy to describe the changes.
Sharing and downloads
Result downloads are generated in your browser. Sharing opens your device's sharing options or copies the selected result and page link to your clipboard. The service you choose to share with has its own privacy policy.
Messages you send us
If you email us, your email address, message, and attachments are received through our email provider. We use that information to read and respond to your request. Do not send sensitive information. To ask about a message you sent or request its deletion, email theiconsorigin@gmail.com.
